Export Specialist

Our client, an industrial company, is currently looking for an Export Specialist from 80 to 100%. The ideal start date would be in September 2023.



Your tasks

• You process orders from A to Z, from their entry in the system to the preparation of delivery and export documents
• Customer-oriented, you provide close support to international clients regarding orders, deadlines, delays, etc.
• You help the Area Sales Managers with administrative and organisational tasks 
• Comfortable with IT tools, you manage customer data in the ERP

Your profile

• You have previous experience in export
• You are fluent in German and English; another language is an asset
• SAP and MS Office are tools you are familiar with
• Open-minded and willing to satisfy your customers' needs, you have excellent contact with different cultures and good capacity to adapt
