For our client, a large medical company, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a one year mission which will be turned to a permanent position.
Your tasks
You manage the recruitment process from start to finish: search for candidates, particularly through sourcing, interviews and hiring
You are the main contact for internal clients regarding recruitment requests
You participate in the process of improving the service
You are in charge of analyses related to recruitment
You work on different projects and support your team on a daily basis
Your skills
You have a proven track record in recruitment, in an agency or in a company
You are a native French speaker and have excellent knowledge of English (B2)
You have good knowledge of the usual IT tools, in particular the MS-Office suite
You are organised, a team player and enjoy working with others (internal and external)
You are available immediately for a one-year mission which will be turned for a permanent position
