We are currently supporting a renowned, internationally acting company in its search for an Interim Payroll Specialist (m/f) 80-100%. Starting as soon as possible, the position is expected to last for 3-4 months on a temporary basis. The workplace is located in central Basel and is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport. A diverse workfield and open-minded team is expecting you. 

Your field of activity with your new employer
  • A challenging job in a small team, where you are jointly responsible for the payroll administration for several hundred employees
  • You will be responsible for salary-related tasks in the social security system, preparing withholding tax statements and managing master data and mutations
  • For the attention of the internal finance department or within the scope of projects, you will prepare the salary data and forward it to the respective areas via interface activities
  • You will also support the Head of the Service Center and act as a contact person for employees in all payroll-related matters
Your plus for your new employer
  • Basic commercial training and further training in payroll / social insurance management required
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), profound knowledge of MS Office applications
  • In order to be successful in this position, you should have a flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality, as well as a precise and responsible way of working
