Your Responsibilities at Your New Employer
Oversee international operations with a client-focused approach, ensuring seamless workflow, compliance, and effective coordination across offices and teams
Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their needs, advising on corporate structures, and delivering exceptional service
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, compliance, legal, audit) to ensure client projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with client expectations
Provide insights and updates to the Director and Board, highlighting client accounts, trading activities, and key operational matters to support strategic decisions
Support client-facing business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance services, offer tailored solutions, and expand the international client base
Ensure compliance and risk management in all client operations, maintaining fiduciary standards while safeguarding client interests
Recommend operational improvements to optimize workflows and elevate the quality of client service delivery
