Our temporary staff enter their working hours in WebTime and then have these hours approved by the respective employer.
Temporary employees receive their login details in the email that also contains their assignment contract.
The hours must be recorded weekly and confirmed by the supervisor online by noon on the Monday of the following week. To ensure prompt payment, the hours must be recorded in the system no later than 9 am on Monday morning and confirmed by the customer by noon.
If hours have not been recorded by noon on Monday, the system will automatically send the employee a text message with a reminder. The hours must be recorded and confirmed by the customer by Monday evening at the very latest.
Hours recorded late may result in the wage payment to the employee being delayed.
