Your responsibilities will include:
Office Management
Managing building services (maintenance, cleaning, AC, electricity, repairs, etc.)
Overseeing security systems (badges, cameras, fire alarms)
Handling office supplies, coffee machines, printers, phones, etc.
Coordinating flight and hotel bookings
Personal Assistance
Providing full support to the owner (agenda management, meetings, medical & restaurant appointments, etc.)
Managing emails and setting up conference calls
Welcoming and greeting visitors
Handling petty cash and expense tracking
Assisting with ad hoc requests
Your profile:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Absolute discretion and professionalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible, proactive, and able to take initiative
Fluency in English (mandatory)
