Automotive Quality Project Lead

An innovative industrial company is expanding into the automotive sector and is looking for a Project Quality Manager to support this strategic development.

You will take ownership of quality throughout the project lifecycle and act as the key interface between customers, suppliers and internal teams. From product development to production launch, you will ensure that quality requirements are understood, implemented and maintained.

Your responsibilities at your new employer

• You manage project quality activities from development through to serial production.
• You ensure customer requirements are properly translated into internal quality standards.
• You coordinate APQP/PPAP or VDA/PPA activities and product/process approvals.
• You lead risk analysis and quality planning using DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans and validation plans.
• You support engineering and industrialization teams in ensuring product and process compliance.
• You prepare and follow up customer and supplier audits.
• You drive corrective and preventive actions.
• You support the implementation and ramp-up of a new production line.
• You maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers as the quality point of contact.

You are offering your new employer

• You hold a degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive quality or quality project management.
• You have proven expertise in FMEA, APQP/PPAP or VDA/PPA and Control Plans.
• You are familiar with automotive customer-specific requirements.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are structured, independent and solution-oriented.
