To support its supply chain operations, the company is currently looking for a Quality Coordinator to drive compliance and continuous improvement across its quality processes.
Your responsibilities with your future employer
You lead the creation, maintenance, and updating of transactions in SAP to ensure optimal quality management
You organize and conduct internal process audits based on ISO 9001 standards
You provide technical support to international distributors and subsidiaries, ensuring smooth and effective communication
You independently handle warranty claims from distributors and subsidiaries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
You oversee the logistics and control of spare parts, ensuring their availability and compliance
Your strengths for your future employer
You hold a higher education degree in quality management, engineering, or a related technical field
You have several years of experience in a similar role and are proficient in using SAP
You are fully capable of communicating in English; any additional language is a plus
You are comfortable communicating in a multicultural environment and open to travel
