For our client, a company active in the healthcare sector based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Finance Manager.
Your responsibilities with your new employer
- Manage and oversee all financial activities of the family office, including accounting, treasury, and taxation.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements as well as reports for shareholders.
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and optimize portfolio investments in collaboration with banks, external advisors, and financial partners.
- Contribute to defining the financial and wealth management strategy in direct collaboration with management and the family.
What you offer your new employer
- A university degree in finance, accounting, or economics, ideally complemented by a certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a similar role, preferably within a family office, an international fiduciary, or a private bank — with solid experience in trusts.
- Excellent command of Swiss and international accounting standards (IFRS/Swiss GAAP RPC).
- Strong analytical skills combined with a high sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Perfect command of French and English; any other language is considered an asset.
