For our client, a company active in the healthcare sector based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Finance Manager.
Your responsibilities with your new employer
Manage and oversee all financial activities of the family office, including accounting, treasury, and taxation.
Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements as well as reports for shareholders.
Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Monitor and optimize portfolio investments in collaboration with banks, external advisors, and financial partners.
Contribute to defining the financial and wealth management strategy in direct collaboration with management and the family.
What you offer your new employer
A university degree in finance, accounting, or economics, ideally complemented by a certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a similar role, preferably within a family office, an international fiduciary, or a private bank — with solid experience in trusts.
Excellent command of Swiss and international accounting standards (IFRS/Swiss GAAP RPC).
Strong analytical skills combined with a high sense of confidentiality and discretion.
Perfect command of French and English; any other language is considered an asset.
