Zur BewerbungFor our client, a company based in Geneva, we are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for a permanent full-time position (100%).
Your responsibilities with your future employer
Manage the full payroll cycle for a population of more than 1,000 employees
Ensure compliance with Swiss legal and regulatory requirements (AVS, withholding tax, LPP, etc.)
Prepare social security and tax declarations, and liaise with external institutions
Perform monthly reconciliations between payroll, HR and accounting
Oversee expense reports and administer the collective health insurance scheme
Collaborate closely with HR, Finance and IT teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and tools
Provide support during internal and external audits
What you bring to your future employer
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland
Strong knowledge of Swiss social insurances
Solid skills in payroll–HR–accounting reconciliations, expense and insurance management
Knowledge of Abacus is a plus
Fluent in French and English
Detail-oriented, well-organized, reliable and service-minded
Strong team player with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and empathy
Comfortable with digital tools and evolving systems
