Your future responsibilities
Handle end-to-end payroll for a workforce of over 1,000 employees
Take ownership of social security, tax filings and communication with authorities
Monitor and reconcile data across payroll, HR and finance departments
Manage expense claims and oversee collective health insurance administration
Partner with HR, Finance and IT to ensure smooth processes and reporting
Support audits and contribute ideas to optimize payroll practices
What you bring
5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in Switzerland
In-depth knowledge of Swiss social insurance and payroll legislation
Track record of managing complex payroll reconciliations and expense processes
Experience with Abacus or other Swiss ERP solutions (an advantage)
Professional fluency in English and French
A precise, structured and trustworthy working style
Proactivity, problem-solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills
